Ken Ward is a seasoned corporate finance and accounting professional with nearly 40 years of experience spanning a broad range of industries, including industrial and commercial equipment sales and rentals, industrial services such as natural gas pipeline maintenance and hazardous waste disposal, and specialty chemical manufacturing for the energy E&P sector.

Ken's deep functional expertise encompasses finance and accounting operations, including controlling, treasury, tax, internal controls, risk management, business planning, financial analysis, and performance management. He has also successfully led cross-disciplinary teams in IT systems management and human resources, demonstrating his ability to integrate and coordinate diverse business functions effectively.

Ken has a Master of Accountancy from the CT Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston; a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston, Clear Lake; and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University. Additionally, he holds the following credentials: Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), holds Series 6 and 63 Security Licenses, and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas.

He currently resides in the Village of Piney Point within Houston's Memorial Area, where he has lived for the past 20 years. In addition to his professional career, he serves as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Houston Christian University, sharing his wealth of knowledge and practical experience with future professionals.
