Congratulations to Managing Director, Aaron Fox , for successfully facilitating the sale an established cafe, bakery and bagel shop in the greater Boston suburbs. Featuring house-made bakery items, artisan breads and full menu of café sandwiches, this busy café is the go-to location for lunch and a light breakfast or simply a memorable cup of coffee and a snack with friends or work colleagues. For over 25 years, this family run business drew patrons from all over the Boston area for their incredible house-made breads, bagels and sweet baked goods.

Aaron, identified and worked with two buyers to navigate the process though lending, landlords and supplier transitions. The buyers were acquiring the business to run together in the community they grew-up in and still call home.

Like many business transactions, numerous obstacles were faced in getting this business to the closing table. Aaron played a critical role in navigating many parts and relationships with lenders, lawyers, accountants, appraisers, and brokers to ensure a smooth and successful transaction!
